What is your payment mailing address?

Can I change my payment date?

Given 10 days notice, payment dates are flexible. We are always willing to work with our customers to provide them with the best alternatives and solutions for their unique financial situations. If you have run into difficulty or simply need assistance because you cannot honor your original payment agreement, please call us at 1-866-535-7797. We will do our best to provide you with an alternative.

What are my payment options?

We offer several payment options you may be able to take advantage of when making your monthly payments, including our most common payment methods:
  • Automatic payments (reoccurring debits from your bank account and one-time debit from your bank account)
  • Certified cheque or money order (mail in payment options)

Can I get financed through a Newstart Canada dealer-partner?

We have dealer-partners who participate in the Newstart Canada program. We approve all customers submitted by our dealer-partners; however, the decision to deliver a vehicle is that of the dealer-partner.
